Come and visit us at the Valhalla Restaurant in New Denmark, NB for the Danish cuisine experience of your life. The Valhalla Restaurant, specialising in Danish and Canadian cuisine, has always been owned & operated by Danish Canadian families. It was first owned by Stanley and Linda Jensen in 1984. After they retired, it was sold to to Bjarne Christensen who has now returned to the trucking industry.

Now the restaurant is own an operated by Mrs. Line Levesque of New Denmark who has been in the restaurant business most of her life and has always produced great food from her restaurateur kitchen experience. Those who have experienced Line’s food know this for a fact!
